Several multiplayer games in progress
I have installed WITE on my laptop in advance of a business trip for a week tomorrow.
On that machine none of my current games are available when I log in?
How do I play while I am away??

This problem is still unresolved
I cannot log in to continue any of my multiplayer games - on my laptop I get the error message "login failure, unspecified error", while on my desktop I get "login failure, error 8"
Everthing was fine before I reinstalled the game on my laptop for a business trip - previously both machines could log in and see the same games.
3 days now and no effective help from Matrix or Slitherine; some effective help to continue my games would be appreciated.

HI Sandy,
Most of the time, issues like this one is simply being fixed bu resetting your password. If you can PM me with a suggested password or with your email address, I can manually do it.

My password has now been reset so that I can now login without an error message
However I still cannot play any of my ongoing games (I had 4) as none of them are visible in the “my games screen” after login.
This is exactly the same problem that I had 4 days ago before the login stopped working!
I was playing 3 campaign games which had all been going for many weeks – two against carterjon and one against cpeterson51, and these are the important games I would like to continue please.
