Readme for AK?

I was reading some information on another website's forum and they were discussing a readme file for PanzerCorps AfrikaKorps. One person (I believe it was Lord Zimoa) said that there is a readme file available in the root folder. To a "computer illiterate" person like me, I need more detail. Where is the "root folder"? I'd love to see it...you never know what kind of valuable nuggets of information it may contain.

He also mentioned that there are three more DLCs upcoming in the Western Front for the Wehrmacht. Can't wait!!

It's Panzer Corps main folder. Or in another way it's the folder where you've installed Panzer Corps.
