Problem with upgrade

I have been running version 1.80. A few days ago I was prompted to download the latest patch, which I did. Attempting to run this, I was confronted by the message "cannot install the upgrade patch because the program being updated may be missing or the upgrade patch updates a different version of the program". When I went back to my original game version, the message " Install CRC failure" appeared and it was suggested that I re-installed the game. Unfortunately, the set-up is not available; is there anything I can do or must I re-purchase Battle Academy and Blitzkrieg France.

It sounds like we need to get you a new installer link, which is not a problem. There might be a slightly longer delay from the support office as we are a little shorthanded at the moment. But there is certainly no need to re-purchase anything, ever .

Once fully updated, you can simply enter the serials via the launcher when you run the game.

Received a reply asking whether I have received a reply, but, as yet no download links have come through.

I mean from tech support at info@slitherine.co.uk - they'll need to locate your order in the system and then regenerate your download links.
