where can I find the equipment file

where do i find the equipment file.?

is there an excel file available?

It's in the Panzer Corps\data folder and is called equipment.pzdat.
You can edit the file with Excel but make sure to save it as a text file.
Oh, and MAKE A BACKUP FIRST! :)
