Support eMail spam

Post by Dennis07 »

Hello,
I allways get this annoying warning mail by the software.
I downloaded one term twice, 2 month ago or so. Now, I am getting this and a similar eMail at least once a week.
Please fix that, it's very buggy....
Dear Dennis07,

The server tracks all actions taken by all users in the PBEM++ system and we notice that you have consistently downloaded your turns multiple times.
Please contact technical support via www.slitherine.com/forum to resolve the issue or you may find you are unable to continue to use the PBEM++ server system.

Regards,

The Slitherine Team.

We'll take a look. Are you certain that you are not downloading turns more than once?

Cheers

I did that with one game (I think twice there or so, don't remember that accuratly...).
That was because my PC got a bluescreen, that sometimes happens (rarely; I don't actually know why that happens, but it does not have to do with BA itself)
Then I had to download the game once (or twice) more (annoying, because I had to redo all my steps equally).... But as I said, this was about one or two months ago.
Can you please stop the massaging or fix it?
Thanks;

EDIT: And I dont acutally see a sense in having such message, because if the user thinks the problem is given by the game, he would automatically try to contact the support. Why not simply remove this message? That's only an idea, don't know whether you may want to or not.
