great !
la bretagne ça vous gagne...
...mais ça fait pas gagner !

soit on les brûle ,et on venge jeanne,
soit on les defonce à la mitraille et on venge la vielle garde.

Sorry Simon,

I hate you!!!!! It would take me YEARS to complete such an army an I would never get anywhere near the standard you have achieved - it would be an honour to lose to such an army!!

Truly fantastic mate - really well done and must be a contender for any best painted army award!!

Very impressive army. Love the flags.

If you don't mind, could I ask how you would rate the Irrregular figures? Some look much bulkier than others, especially the standing musketeer.

I thought they were ... 'ok' .. About a 6 out of 10. The figures are a bit varied to the skinny grenadier to the chunky guy standing legs akimbo. Painting these guys is all about the colour of the uniform and getting that to stand out, so the body detail isn't so important. These guys don't even have a face though  well maybe half

That said I painted the venixia ones from the book a few years back and I didn't like those either

Very lacking in detail I thought , ESP as meant to be premiere range
