Can't get africa corps on!!

I can't get africa corps to download. I bought the product and tried to download it a dozen times. I tried the link on the email(no use) then i tried the mirror's USA & europe and still nothing. I do get a pop up internet download but I cannot open it or save it in my panzer corps file. Any assistance?

Hi. Sorry to hear you're having problems downloading AK.
Could you pehraps try with another Internet browser?
Something in your computer seems to be blocking the download. It can be also your Antivirus. Of course you can always try to disable your AntiVirus before downloading, but that's your call.

I did disable the anti virus but I don't know where to go to get the game on.

Plus I went to the main website and my order: XXXXXX does not reconise it.

Hopfully firefox should work.

Admin: best is to avoid posting your ordernumbers in public...

If your problem still exists please send a mail with your name and ordernumber to info@slitherine.co.uk and we sort it out manual.

EDIT: I see you got it sorted downloading with Firefox instead of Internet Explorer...
