as a number of issues were reported we are building a new release candidate for you to look at while we build the gold master.

Multiplayer games cannot be continued so we'll have to kill off all old games when you update - sorry about that!

It would be safest to yes.

The MP server has been updated so you need the new version to play PBEM. It is uploading and should be with you soon!

Downloading...but horrendously slowly...showing over 2hrs to download.

My 'puter refuses to open that address. I've tried typing it in but still doesn't work. I keep getting an error message stating the web page can't be found. I've never had any problems previously downloading any of the betas I've been involved with so I'm at a loss.

The patch was released today, so I assume that beta ended today and removed from the server.

Is anyone else having any problems downloading the new patch or is it just me? All I get is a message telling me that page can't be found!
