Where are the Celts campaign and the Cult of Mithras ?

Post by emmedi »

.....It may be possible to release these as a patch, but we'd have to see if there was enough demand.

Sure !
there is enough demand ! I Know many friends of mine having the same problem, me also.
Please anybody be so kind to inform about it as soon as the problem will be resolved.
Anyway, the name of the last battle before the missing object is "Philippi".

Thanks in advance

Ok try this

http://www.slitherine.com/files/thcgbor ... unlock.zip

Before you do anything back up your existing game.

Unzip these files to the dir you installed teh game to, make sure you maintain the dir structure of the zip. This should unlock the Celtic campaign on the campaign selection screen.

Note there are no linking movies as there was no History Channel material to create them, which is why the Celtic campaign was not included in the game. This means the story may feel a little disjointed as you are missing important linking information. Please don't complain though - it's this or nothing :)

Oooooh, does this mean my Britannicus mod for Legion Arena might work with GBOR?

If you have questions about this, pester me, not the lads at Slitherine :)

The biggest question, of course, is whether the GBOR engine will recognise the existence of a /mod directory, and pop up the "which mod do you want to play?" menu...

To get back to the point, will finishing the Roman campaign open the Gauls in a legitimate US release?
