Field of Glory Updated to 1.8.1
Fixes implemented to improve game experience
 

We are glad to announce the release of the 1.8.1 update for Field of Glory, the digital conversion of the classic tabletop wargaming system. The update contains small fixes that benefit all users and those that purchased expansion packs.
 
The latest update fixes the updater and multiplayer issues that some OS X users were experiencing, as well as fixing the problem of Decline and Fall maps being unavailable despite being purchased. Finally, the update addresses the DAG list errors in Kushan (late), Sassanid Persian (mid), Late Republican Roman, Pyrrhic, Later Seleucid (post-166BC), and Later Crusader scenarios.
 
To download the 1.8.1 update, run “check for updates” from Field of Glory game menu or from the download section by clicking here.

I have now message error when clicking on my old crusader army
"can't find arab spearmen"
So what have I to do?

Sorry you are having problems. Is this when loading an old army or a creating a new army? If on loading an old army the easiest thing would be to just create a new army and see if it fixes it. It may be related to fixes in the armies that were made but I'm not sure.

in fact it is when I want to create a new crusader army using DAG, it is written "missin arab spearmen"

Does the error stop you proceeding or you can ignore it? The problem is right now we don't have any way to fix bugs in the old version as all efforts are on the new Unity version coming soon.

well i can ignore it so it does not really "disturb" me, I am much more interested in the new version

in the next patch could we have an option in at least single player to allow the game to be carried on after victory is declared. I would liek to see the full resoultion until either all the battle groups have routed or been destroyed.
