Losing SFX on iPAD2
While playing BA campaigns and after I have saved the in process game, when I return, the SFX sound no longer works. The music works fine. Have adjusted to sound on both and nothing fixes the problem. So far the only solution is to delete the game from the iPAD2 and reload from my Mac. Anyone has a fix? Am I losing any advantage when I keep winning the campaigns but then have to delete the game, IE do I get better stuff?

Re: Losing SFX on iPAD2
Have you tried killing off the BA process? You do this by exiting from BA, then double-tapping the home button, which should bring up a list along the bottom of the screen of apps still sitting in memory. Press and hold on one of these apps and they will all gain a red delete toggle. Use this to terminate the apps and clear them from memory.
BA should then restart from scratch, which might well solve the problem without having to reinstall!
I'm not sure of the sound issue - can you give me an exact walkthrough of how you repeat it, and I will try it here.
Cheers
Pip

Hello Pip,
It worked great. I exited all the apps that were sitting in memory including BA. When I restarted BA the sound was back. Great. Thank you

i have lost all sound on iPad2. Closed the app using the method described above, to no avail. Also turned off the iPad2 completely, didnt work. The sound works on all other apps, so not a volume or iPad issue. Also checked the sound Fx and music volume selection in options - all appears OK. Please advise.

I think that our sound system both obeys the mute switch on the side of the iPad, and also turns itself off it you have other music playing. Could it be either of these things?

killed all other apps, checked sound level on the side selector/switch on the ipad, and reloaded the software. Still no sound from speaker (other apps still work). Hmmm. The headphone jack still kicks out sound, so I'll use them for now.
