login issue

I have had a new password sent to me , and it confirms my ID. I can log into the website. IT shows I am only active for games. When I try to activate from there I get error 3.

I can not log into multiplayer games . Using the ID and password sent to me it tells me the details of login are incorrect. How do I fix this?

Hi Bill,

Can you please send an email to info@slitherine.co.uk asking for a manual password reset? In most of the cases, the issue gets simply fixed with this.
