Map Editor v1.03 where to get?

I've downlaoded the 1.04 patch and enjoy the new things added to the game but want to edit the map and scenarios to my likeing but with the old editor v1.00 this is not possible. Where can I get the newest version, or do I have to be a beta tester to get it?

You do not need to be a beta tester - just download the beta map editor from the downloads section of ceaw.

It's not there, otherwise I wouldn't have asked. I did find it under the news section however. You might have to update your downloads section unless you don't post betas there.

Ah yes - thats why its not there it is still a beta! The final release will go in the downloads section :)
