Video is Not Reset on New Game

I am testing PC:AK on a Dell Laptop. What has occurrred to me a few times is I have clicked somewhere on the map accidently and the map screen was reduced to some other resolution than originally chosen when I started the program. My simple solution was to save the game where it was and try and restart the game and select the highest resolution available thinking that the video settings would be reset. Imagine my surprise when it gave me the size as when the program was exited.

You can reproduce the results like this.

Open Panzer Corp Afrika Korps at at 1366x768 resolution
Start a new Campaign
Once you are presented with the full game map, click on the edges until you get the resize handles.
resize the screen to something smaller.
quit the program back to desktop
Restart the program again selecting 1366x768 resolution
Start a new Campaign
Screen is opened to a smaller screen size that you manually selected.

Seems to me, that the video resolution is not being reset to new size selected at the startup. It is only defaulting to the last setting. The screen size should be reset to whatever size is chosen.

Do you have the "window mode" setting active in game settings?

Yes, the window mode is checked. Also, I was wondering why there is not an Options Menu selection from the main screen?

However, even if the window mode means what i think it does, i think when you start a new game it should be reset to the defaul selected.
