The Stoke Challenge is a one day show that has been running for a few years.
It has a number of competitions and this year will include Fog, both A&M and R. Rob Taylor is organising Fog A&M, I'm looking after Fog R.
As it's a one-dayer, we intend to use Hammy's 650 point, 5x3 Table, 3 game format that has proved popular at the Games Expo and Stockport Pick 'n Mix.
Although my preference is for themed tournaments, as it's the first I will make it Open to maximise the possibility for people to enter.
More details will be available soon. The Website for the show is http://stoke-challenge.co.uk/, we're hoping the Fog info will be added soon.

Just a gentle reminder that we need to firm up numbers for this fairly soon. I know a number of people either said they would attend or would pass details to friends so I'm hopeful that we can get enough for a viable event.
Cheers,
Kevin

Here are the Runners and Riders for the event:

A small but select group, it's nice to see some new names together with some of the usual suspects.

Kevin,
Best wishes for Sunday - I hope the competition goes well. I will be there in 2013 (SWMBO willing!!!)
I think there should be a prize for the best pre C17th army - (Go Richard - dice permitting!).

Thanks Don, due to a couple of late entrants we now have 8 which is a reasonable number for a new event (in Fog R terms at least). It will be goood to see Fog R spreading northwards, at least it will make my travelling easier!
