Well, so happens that I am now able to come for sure and will need to borrow an army.

I will bring an army ECW Royalists that anyone can use. Someone will have to catch me Thursday, because I won't be playing in the Friday FOG-R stuff. I will be running my Soccer games then. I might hand the army to Dan to pass on if need be.

Re: Historicon July 20-21
Got of the phone with Herc/Jeff I have a 90 percent change of coming now
Both of us are looking for something for the theme on Friday.. I don't care what it is.. I just want to play, as does he. For the FOG:R open, I was hoping to get into FOG:N and letting Jeff use my Italian wars stuff. I was hoping there were still loaners for that still:-/

For FOG-N I believe that there are going to be loaners - Dan would be the one to ask.

Hey, thanks to Dan and Jeff for the hook up. I had a great time and enjoyed all my games (even my first 0-25 thanks to Jeff.) I know the turnout wasn't great, but I had no complaints and I think a good time was had by all.

I enjoyed it as well. Good to meet the Ohio crowd. How did your last game against Marc finish?

Re: Historicon July 20-21
I lost, but not as big
I think by the end of the day I learned how to play the army a bit better. I believe that I had Marc about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way to breaking. The difference maker in the game was a combat between his two cuirassier BGs and my Gendarmes. If I could have held on there, I may have been able to break him before he broke me.
If that sounds like a lot of ifs, it's only because it is.
