Old campaign scenario won't load

I'm testing existing campaigns that they work in AK, so this is not OT.

My US campaign has 10+ scenarios and I have got them working fine in AK, which I was excited about. Then I 'played' through them using the cheat codes to get a DV in each scenario. They all opened and looked just fine until I got to a scenario that had been created pre-DLCs. Uh, oh - an old problem. I thought it was fixed with an exe upgrade but not so it seems.

Will pre-DLC scenarios be usable in AK?

The message was "Cannot start because scenario lacks content packets" or something similar.

Should I be able to install and play the DLCs in beta2 of AK? I ran an install and the DLC folder and files appear under the Panzer Corps Beta folder but not in the list of "More campaigns".

I still have problem with my maps.

The fix is this;

load map
go to scenario parameters
look for question mark
No question mark, then open up original scenario like Hylan Valley
Now open up your scenario that doesn't have the question mark
go to scenario parameters
look for question mark

It will be there.
Now save game and all other players in the world can now use that map to play SP or MP

It's a pain as you put days into the map and are not going to re-make it.

DLCs do not work under AK beta by default, but they could be made working there with some manual tweaking. I can give you some instructions if you want.

That old issue cannot be fixed in EXE, unfortunately. It can only be fixed in the scenario file. New EXEs, released after that old problematic one, do not generate new scenarios with this problem, but they cannot fix existing ones.

Will pre-DLC scenarios be usable in AK?

They should be, because the sequence of backwards compatibility was never interrupted.
