Resizing existing map

Post by rf900 »

Hi, I have searched for this and there are a couple of topics but I still cannot achieve what I want.

I just need to make an existing map a bit larger on one of the sides. If I use the resize tool in the editor all the tiles are replaced, is there any easy way to resize (move the white/black border a bit) without changing the map at all?

Resizing a map should not delete the contents - it's one of it main features of it. Have you tried it without being in tile mode? I will double check here it is working as intended.

Cheers

Stupid me, I was clicking the green check instead of the resize button. Is that effect intended?

Yes - it allows you to do a quick fill of the whole map with the selected tile.

Cheers
