Upgrade of Italian Units

There are no family for the Italian units. As a example, if you want to upgrade your artillery unit, from 105 to 149 mm, you have to pay the full price. Same thing for the M13/40 to M14/41.
As German troops are already better, it could be nice if families of Italian troops could help to maintain some of those units.

I totally agree with produit here. As i already posted in the my comments to the single scenarios this could be an incentive to keep the Italian units in your core. Without it it just a lot better to disband them and replace them with German units which are in 99% of the cases stronger and get discounted upgrades.

For the first beta, this was definitely overlooked. I like the idea very much of having a mixed core of german and italian units, but how things are now, it is better to sell the italian units and buy german ones instead.
