a unit with Officer (attachment or with a unit)
don't pay a command point for first CMT, dice for this CMT o is automatic?

The first CMT does not cost a command point, but you do roll the dice and the unit may pass or fail the test. It's not an automatic pass. It just doesn't cost a command point to roll.
