I recently changed my graphics card and now find the screen has moved to the right. Meaning I only see half of the mini map and I can't see the option button on the top right of the screen. Is there a text file I could delete so I can reset my screen size?

You can change the resolution on the initial launcher - no need to mess with text files. I would suggest dropping back to 1024x768 and then restarting and choosing your new resolution.
