iPad2 upgrade

Hello everyone. I clicked the IPad upgrade today and it wiped out the 3 scenarios I already paid 10 dollars apiece for a few months ago. Don't think I should have to pay again to receive these scenarios. Anyone help me on this?

Just redownload them from the app. It will say it costs you but after you click buy and enter your password itunes will recognise youve already purchased it and wont charge you.

Yes sorry about this - its a big which is fixed so that going forwards this will not occur but you need to get this update before the issue gets fixed.

What about all the saved games and campaign progress. Are they gone forever. Not the smoothest upgrade I've ever seen

They are gone I am afraid. The issue is that once the bug is in there, there is no way for us to work around it - we can't go around the update process and it is this process which deletes the files .

Ok so how do I go about getting a refund for this purchase. All saved campaign progress gone. I'm not spending hours getting towards the end scenario on the buldge campaign. You need to put that info in update info on appstore so I the customer can make the choise to at least finnish a full campaign before updating.
Wont touch this game or your product again. Not happy!!

We apologise for the loss of saves - it wasn't documented that the storage space we were using gets wiped in an update, and there isn't any other way for us to get a fix out on iPad. Future updates will not delete any user files.

With regard to the Bluge campaign, nothing stops you from going forward through any campaign (other than Market Garden, which is a carryover campaign). If you are playing Bulge just use the arrows to move through to the mission you want to play. Let me know if you have any problems.
