Number of Divisions

I am trying to build a Saxon 1809 Army from the new Triumph of Nations Supplement and it looks like the Saxons are allowed three Divisions.

If I add an allied Bavarian or Wurttemburg Division am I allowed to add it as a fourth division or am I still limited to three divisions overall?

I think you can have 4 but the points would be the same for the whole army.

You are only allowed 3 SAXON divisional commanders. Any commands used from another list are in addition to this.
