Sacking bagages

Sacking bagages

In our game last friday, my fragmented Light horses were in charge range of ennemy bagages. Is it possible to sack the bagages with frag BG ?
The rules are not clear about how you can sack the bagage (at least for a french :) ) !

In the game, we decided that it wasn't possible and one of my general was obliged to help the BG before sacking the bagages.

Technically, it seems to me that the fragmented troops could sack the baggage by passing a CMT to advance. Contacting baggage does not count as a charge.

Someone will no doubt correct me if I am wrong.
