Little Yellow Question Marks

Can someone fill me in on what all these little yellow question marks indicate? (Screenshot Follows) Maybe I missed it in the documentation...?

While I'm on that topic, it seems that I missed a lot of the documentation - is there a formal "everything about BA" guide that I'm missing? I'm relatively new to the genre and maybe I just don't know about certain things that other folks take for granted (hence the lack of documentation on it)?

The ? means hidden terrain where enemy infantry and AT guns could be concealed.

There is various info available on the forums and any questions just ask and someone will know! There is a wiki but I cant find the link - if someone else has please post!

Many thanks - that's what I *thought* it might be, but I asked a friend and he's never seen those before. Maybe it's an option I tweaked w/o remembering it?
