did my order come in?

How do I find out if my game downloaded. The download spun and spun. Then I turned it off. When I tried to download again, it said I had an order already in for the download. The number given was 65791858.

Man am I having problems. I installed my a second time. Then when it asked for the serial number, i put in 65792114. That is not the serial number. How do I get the serial number? The message with the serial number on it was not sent to me. Can you send a new one to grabar_d@madera.k12.ca.us

The serial number was in one of the screens after you've made the payment.
You will also receive it by mail. Check your spam folder in your email client.
