Entry Dates for Major Powers

I understand that there are fixed entry dates for the major powers. I could not find those dates in the manual. I assume that the entry dates for Russia and the U.S.A. are June 1941, and December 1941? What about Italy? What about the pro-Axis countries such as Rumania, Bulgaria, and Hungary? When do they enter, or is it triggered by some event? Thanks.

The USA actually doesn't enter the war until February 1942, as opposed to the historical date of December 8th 1941.

As far as I can tell, all the nations you are asking about have hard-wired dates on which they activate.

USA is set on December 1941 entry date. In next patch, the entry dates will vary by +2, +1, +, -1, -2 turns per country so you do not know exactly when a country joins.

USSR joins in October 1941 and this is because history means that Axis DoW USSR which they can avoid but then USSR will join the war anyway but later. Anyhow, there is no exploit in this, waiting until October 1941 can be bad for Axis since USSR have more time to build up so the choice should be interesting.
