In the west , Allies finally took Paris .
Historically, the occupying German garrison in Paris surrendered on 25 August 1944. You guys are 1-day off. :D

The most historic way is to make a Axis surrender on May 8th 1945 .(is there a turn around this date ?) I will try my best to accomplish this impossible mission . Now I just pray for bad bad weather !

Sept 15th 1944 fair

the last guarenty fair turn . But situation is critical to Axis .

In the west , Allies arms arrive Brussel & will take it this turn . Also they are beginning to climb Alpes & landing in Demark !

In the east , 3 more troops dead ,we can do nothing but stand until dead . We did a crazy thing to put 7 one or 2 step FTR infront of the Allies troops to do suiside defence to gain maybe little effort to delay their steps before bad weather coming . It is really a tragydy ! but I have no choice . :(

The only hope for Germany is the bad weather in next turn ( although is low possibility to happen )! If next turn will be fair , I suggest all people who bet on Axis's minor victory change your choice to Allies minor victory . I am sorry to make you disappointed . But I am sure germany will fight to the last minute !

Oct 5th 1944 fair !

After I opened the turn , I felt hopeless for Axis 's future . It is fair everwhere !

In the west & east Allies troops made rapid progress & several breakthrough . Although Germans still stand to fight ,It is really no hope for even a draw .

Maybe If next turn will be mud , Axis still have 10% possibility to be alive until Apr 1945 . But If next turn will be still fair ! Axis 100% lose . but they will fight until the last minute !

The Axis is very weak. This looks like an Allied Minor Victory for me ATM or a Stalemate at best.

The Soviets will keep up the pressure during winter, only mud will give you some respite.

I still don't think your situation is so bad, even with another fair weather turn. You are too pessimistic from my point of view. It is completely normal that the Allies reach the German frontier at this stage of the game. As soon as the weather will change the Allies will only advance very slowly, especially in the west. In winter turns the Soviets will have an edge over the Germans, but will still advance only slow. You still have intact defensive lines on all fronts. Of course you should prepare for the final stand around Berlin and Hamburg. You should have a fully entrenched SS Mech with Manstein in Berlin if possible.

It would be interesting to know your income per round as wells as oil and manpower situation.

I think it will be a very close game and these are usually the most interesting ones.

I am sorry to disappoint you that I don't have enough units to do the defence around Humburg & Berlin .
My income is only 50 per turn . oil & manpower is not weak point . I have more than 1000 oil & more than 600 man power . After repair , I have no pp to even build a GAR . Now you may understand why I am so pessimistic . :(

50 PP is low. In similar situations I often had around 80-100 PP per round. Did Joe bomb the German major cities to 0 production?

Oct 25th 1944 fair !!!

Fair weather again ! Axis is so unlucky that get 0 mud or winter turn in Oct 1944 . So the result of this AAR is clear : Allies Minor victory !
Congratulations to the Great Elite Soldier JOE ROCK !

Allies keep their rapid progress in this fair weather by the endless airforces . All Germany cities are bombed into pieces ( only one city is not bombed & provide 3 production LEON !, Oh because it is French city ! )

The only suspense is when will Axis die ? by the end of 1944 ? early spring 1945 ? or the last several turns in 1945 ?

Sorry for disappoint all people who bet on me ! I have tried my best ,but sorry !

Nov 15th 1944 mud

The mud weather is coming too late for Axis . There are almost no more defence line not only in the west but also east . the pp income reduced to 43 pp per turn ,after repair , no pp to build even a GAR . So just walk forward to death .

It is time for Joe to enjoy the coming victory ! He had been suffered for a long time ,but He did not give up ! He deserve for this victory !

I have to say I'm very impressed with how effective Joerock is with his grinding of the Axis forces. I think part of the success is that he knows when to wait and when to attack despite the losses.

He has the patience to wait until he can challenge the Axis and then his grinder starts. Many Allied players launch their offensives too early and lose valuable units too early. Then they have to wait too long for the next possible offensive. Joerock is great in timing his offensive.

Morris has fought very well and deserves credit for fighting to the end. There is no shame in losing against a great player like Joe. I lost against him too witht he Axis. I didn't make any big mistakes in my game against him. He was just a little bit better than me.

Yes ,sir ! the opportunity to launch full attack is perfect ,especially after the huge lose of Allies ground unit after my counter attack in 1944 in France . The most advantage for Allies is GDP ! He used it quite well ! Germany now only have 38pp per turn & allies maybe 380 pp per turn ! 10 times bigger !

But the most impressive one is his USSR FTR's dog fight lvl . They achived maxium in early 1944 ! It is such a farsighted decision to open the first USSR lab in air & the first focus point on dogfight ! Kudos to Joe !

With some luck you will get muddy weather the next few turns, then you should survive at least until April 1945. I even think you still have a very small chance for a draw, as it can take 2-3 turns to kill a well entrenched MECH in Berlin/Hamburg, but it is unlikely that this will happen.
