Patch problem

I downloaded the demo and the 1.14 patch. Upon instaling the patch it says that the game is not instaled (AND IT ALREADY IS!!!) and than quits the instal....

please advise

The demo is not compatible with the patch for the retailed version of the game. If you upgrade the demo you'll automatically have the latest patched version of the full game.
