I have just formatted my PC and reinstalling the game but it give error " key has exceed the number of install ??

Already mail to info@slitherine.co.uk for help together with my order details

Can you mail us the hardware finger print that appears on the PC. It's a unique value unrelated to operating system setup that lets us sort this kind of problem. It appears on the box that asks for your serial number.

actually how many times we can install the game ?

Can install to the PC in my bedroom , living hall and my laptop ?

kind of disappointed that I cant play this game as I am on leave today

Should have bought through Matrix whereby I usually did and I will not encounter this kind of problem

What happen if in future I format my PC again or my laptop ?

Things about this limited install must made known to us before we buy

After investigating I can see that you have activated the game on 3 different PC's already which is why it prevented you from adding any more. I have mailed you an activtation code for the 4th installation but bear in mind you are buying a single user license for 1 PC, as you do with any software.

Having said that, we don't really like the copy protection system provided by Digital River so we are looking for an alternative.

I have install the game on bedroom PC , Living hall and my lap top

Does this mean if anything happen to any of this PC , they game cannot be install anymore ??

If you want to limit the game to one PC , this not the way to do it

Like www.battlefront.com , which practice a similar system ( e license ) which is troublesome but at least it actually does not limit the number of install ,,,but at any one time only 2 installation of the game can be exist . If you want to install to another PC . you need to uninstall the first one . This actually make sense

But here ...you cannot install more than three times ...what happen if the PC crash more three times or buying new PCs after few months , does it mean the game is GONE ??

Matrix practice the serial number system which will be given during the purchase , and here I can be assure that I can uninstall and reinstall 100 times , still there are no worry that the game will be GONE

p/s Does this mean I must pray that my current PC do not crash or else the game is no longer be install ?
I also can no longer install this game if I want to purchase a new computer in future ?

You can ask Digital river to re-issue you a key or ask us and we'll do it. Like I said, we're not particularly happy with the system though so will be simplifying it for customers as soon as possible.

Hi guys
I got a new laptop for christmas, tried installing the game on the new one It askes me for a key. I tried writing to info.slitherine.co.uk and it didnt work any sugestions where I can get a key. I have all my original order info.

We're having e-mail issues at the moment but are having trouble getting it resolved due to Christmas. We hope to have it back up and running soon. For now you'll have to wait for a response I'm afraid :(
