DLC 44 and 45 East willnot install (PanzerCorps Not installe

When I try to install the 44 and 45 east DLC modules it says that PanzerCorps is not installed. I can play the game just fine and with the previous DLC's
But these two will not install. So now what? Ive tried placing the executables into the PanzeCorps directory and still no luck.

Windows 7 64bit
All previous DLC installed and playable
Game updater says I have the most upto date version
I have the game installed at: E:\Games\matrix\panzer Corps

I suggest that you uninstall your DLC and after the main game.
Then install Panzer Corps 1.0 and all the other DLCs, starting from 39', 40' until the last which is 45' East.

I hope you've a back of the Panzer Corps and the DLC installers.
I don't have an explanation for that, unless something is not correct in Windows registry regarding Panzer Corps. So that's why I'm asking and suggesting for you to uninstall all and install back again.

I reinstalled 1.0, then ran the 1.5 patch....and then all I had to do was install the 44 and 45 DLC...back to gaming now....sort of a weird thing there.
