Is there any chance that the meteo rule will be included in the main set of rules ?
When a beta wheather rule is to be released ?
Not that I think the shooters are too powerfull, but it is an important variable in the shooting troops rating and choosing !

Re: weather
No, we are saving weather for the campaign supplement. So I don't expect weather will be used in tournaments.Pikeaddict wrote:Is there any chance that the meteo rule will be included in the main set of rules ?
Historical battle accounts mentioning shooting being affected by weather are very uncommon. Yes, it could happen, but it should not be anything like as frequent as in DBM.
(Otherwise the French in the 100 YW could quickly have won the war by only attacking when it was raining

to explain the private joke to all :
when I began to play 100 years war english , I thought that stakes are useless ( french thinking , we know where it conduct
) three or four defeats later I painted the portable defenses in one week without reading the rules and POA to use them of course , ten or more battles later after many mounted troops had ridden down my bowmen Olivier learnt me that I must read the POA section and the glossary about the definition of the open terrain it could be interesting for my bowmen after seen all I agree him and my bowmen thanks him
the lesson is :
read the rules it's important
if you 'll be umpire one day , you must do it
not all the bunnies have long ears sometimes the have got big nose ( don't call me big nose ! )
