How to have a scn from one computer to another
Ok i want to save a scn i am edting from my desktop to laptop. I did what the editing manual says and and it doesent work. I can play the scen on my desktop but when I try to play on laptop it just gives me the name of file.
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
Which files you copied from your desktop to your laptop?
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
.pzloc and pzscn files
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
There should be no prob in moving these around.
My first assumption would be an issue with the path you are putting those in on the laptop. Do you have identical folder structures on both machines?

Are the PzC versions the same on both PC and LT?
The files are in My Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\scenario (note singular"scenario")?
Are the OS the same on PC and LT? An XP path is that quoted above but Win7 puts it in a different place (in my experience, anyway).

I assume they are but you haven't answered whether both versions of PzC are the same on each computer. 1.04/05?
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
Yes both are the same version. I just check that
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
Any mod installed? Any DLC?
Re: How to have a scn from one computer to another
Nope just the update version of pc. Also I started a scn from scratch and it did fine transferrin . I wanted to known how you get a scn with zero units but have points to buy from turn 1 on both sides.

1. Create the scenario as usual.I wanted to known how you get a scn with zero units but have points to buy from turn 1 on both sides.
2. In Scenario Parameters:
- set the amount of starting prestige
- set the number of core units
- set the nations
- set the date
3. Map design
- as normal
- make sure there are a number of city hexes with flags that match the nations, otherwise no new units can be placed on the map
Test it out. I just put a mock-up together and it certainly can be done.

Open it up using the editor on the laptop.
Then save it.
