Unable to send game to opponent

I received this message:

"The server tracks all actions taken by all users in the PBEM++ system and we notice that you have consistently downloaded your turns multiple times.
Please contact technical support via www.slitherine.com/forum to resolve the issue or you may find you are unable to continue to use the PBEM++ server system."


I am unable to send one of the games to the opponent. My system freezes and I have to exit the program. Thas has occured many times. Other games still function. The game in question is 13 May with opponent Arminius.

Can you tell me what version of the game you are playing (PC/Mac/iPad). If iPad I would suggest killing off any other apps before attempting to send the turn, as it could be a lack of memory causing the issue.
