Grand Campaign 43

I tried to order Grand Campaign 43. I was transferred to Plimus but GC 43 was not listed. They list 39,40,41,42 and 44??

How does one order GC 43? Thanks

Just press this link, and you'll see this screen:

After pressing the icon corresponding to the type of version you want to buy, just press Next on the next screen:

Finally you'll be able to finish the order:
