I am ready for this mod. I have been waiting on ALL the Ostfront mods with much anticipation. Glad to see the Engineer SdKfz 251, Hungarian & SLOVAK! tanks and infantry. I am especially glad to see a Gross Deutschland unit.

I hope you have read Heydorns: "Der Sowjetische Aufmarsch im Bialystoker Balkon" (München 1989) as basical Literatur ! Also recommendable to read Guderian and Hoths June/August 41 Chapters. Most important is Pawlos Biography for the soviet 4th Army and Boldins chapters for the soviet 10th army !!! I used this for my own Barbarossa Heeresgruppe Mitte Big map scenario (600x450 Hexfields) to show all batallions correctly on 100% exact starting positions.

I think the relation between historical correctness and a good and funny gameplay have to match.
My friend Gebirgsjäger at DMP has excellent knowledge of the WW2 but 100% correct position is in my opinion sensless.

At least Panzercorps is a game and players want to have fun.

But I am really curious of your big map for Heeresgruppe Mitte.

I dont like fantasy scenarios with any troops positioned on any inaccurate maps. For me - I like more historical Conversions - BTW a mix between BBC and PC. Sorry - but I have some more Requirements to my games - I am also a member of Europa Barbarorum II and some mods needs some more time - but you can play the first of my historical campaigns and also the first finished big map scenario in some days yet.

funny - Iam a memeber of Roma Surrectum II...
Dont get me wrong I deeply admired the effort behind Europa Barbarorum and Iam really curious for EBII, especially since the M2TW engine is not really suited for a Rome Game but the first EB sacrified a lot of gameplay for historical correctnes which does never any good to a game...
I really hope the team will accomplish a better compromise between playability and historical correctness this time or EBII will be nothing more than the "Historical petrification mod reloaded"...

Cards and units which are used in the game are well recherched....that's not ANY cards or ANY units,placed somewhere over the rainbow....and at least, they were be finished so people can enjoy it.

We have different flags for primary and secondary objectives in the game now, so everybody can see the difference very easy during game.

Have you done something to improve the visibility of the hill hexes? I mentioned it on the DMP forum. I love the units in your add-ons - especially the infantry - the fallschirmjäger are particulary beautifull. But I find the maps overloaded with thedetails and some types of terrain are indistinguishable from each other ( the case of clear terrain and hills ).

I still don't understand what you mean by not being able to save campaign games.
When you're playing a scenario in the campaign you can't save?

i did as you suggested reinstalled windows vista but i need access to dmp website so i can download the files can you help. by the way no problem with ost front any move thanks alot

I've read more books and forgotten more history than you can or will ever read or realize and I did did it years before you were even born.
