conflict of heros groups

I am able to get the circles up when I group, but the units don't move together. Did I miss something? Thanks

The units still move individually, but moving the whole group counts as an single action. Check pg 31-32 of the manual.

Make sure you also keep them contiguous when moving them or you will break up the group.
