Numidian Allies

Could someone be kind enough to tell me what the minima are for a Numidian ally of a Mid Republican Roman army as I'm thinking about fielding one at the Jaén Beta competition?

I reckon:

1TC
2 x 4 LH, Average, Unprotected, L.Spear, Javelins
1 x 4 LF, Average, Unprotected, L.Spear, Javelins
