User created MP maps

Hello everyone,

Are there many user created multiplayer maps out there? I've only been able to find four maps - cambrai, winter encounter, river of blood and villers brettoneux.

Considering the size of the BA community out there I'm surprised that there aren't more available.

Check out the Modding and Scenario Design forums. The ingame maps are hosted on our servers for everyone, but I only do so once people give me the OK that they are happy with their creations. So some never go up there if the creators lose interest or aren't happy with them.

Now I think about it, there are the beta random force maps that I threw out there ages ago. I think they get a decent amount of play so I assume they are good to go. I will check with myself whether I approve of them .

If you want to have a try at making some, I would recommend trying out the Amaris random map plugin.

which can help get a map quickly, leaving just the force deployments and any victory conditions you want beyond 'kill kill kill!' .

The Cambrai mod includes 6 maps.
