Does the industry level affect PPs from convoys?

I'm playing a PBEM game agaist Happycat as the Allies and I got industry level 1 some turns ago. So now I have a war effort of 107%. But I wonder which production will be affected by this increased war effort. Will be only be production acquired from cities and resources or will also production acquired from convoys be increased?

I wonder if the convoys will be generated with a slightly higher value. Is it so? Will this also affect the Soviet convoys or will these be affected by the Russian industry level?

Go the general script and it tells you how that affects the convoys - yes it will affect them, in fact it may even affect the Russian convoys I cant recall.

Convoy sizes are only determined by UK and USA war effort.
