ivanov wrote:Wow, I will be closely following this project! I hope that there will be a place for some "forgotten battles" like Battle of Dubno 1941 or "Operation Mars" of 1942. It would be also nice to have Khalkhin Gol and invasion of Manchuria 1945. And maybe some clashes with the western imperialists in Korea or Germany after the final defeat of the fascist beast

In general I think that the campaign should make a wider use of the auxiliary units and limit the players core, because having the map full of super experienced, elite friendly units, would give a strange feeling when commanding the glorious Red Army
Cześć
To jest fakt ze nie ma scenariusza Warszawy 1944 (jak w DLC '44).

Everybody's input is appreciated, just as with GTPG. I wrote down the battles you mentioned and i'll see what i can do when i eventually get there.

Scenario 1 is Yangasala, in the vicinity of Kazan, where the Germans had a training facility.

a simple additional column in the equipment file called "transport" ( like the "series" column) which would specify allowed transports in reference to that particular unit entry would give total freedom to add things and play around with this feature

The suggestions that have been made to improve the game have become uncountable.
Sofar any alterations done to the game have been in function of the DLC's. We were lucky to receive the v1.05b exe after Uhu's plea.
But even beyond the restrictions or lack of improvements, lots of modders have been inventive in lifting the game to a higher level.
I even dare to say that the vanilla game will keep selling because of the mods ;).

I'd be happy to provide some imput based on my historucal knowledge, as my technical skills as the modder or programist are... well - limited :D

Nico, Roll on with that big RED STEAMROLLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They eat Spam and drink Vodka, smoke unfiltered cigarettes of whatever looks like tobacco. They will eat all the Japanese Sushi as an appetizer before it can be put into California Rolls. I can hear the Red Army Chorus singing for you. :D
Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

What would you say if we give the Japs a headache in 1938,1939 and 1945? I'll put a preview of scenario 3 later today.
If i manage to write some briefings and check a few things,i might even throw in a demo.

Notice the hex markers A and B? A is the border set by Mongolia and the USSR, B is the border set by Japan.
The orders are pretty simple, rid the area between A and B of the Japanese invader.
