Redownloading after purchase

I recently reinstalled windows and it seems that the link I got when I bought the game is no longer working. Is there another way to download a copy that can be activated with serial, or else, could I have a new download link mailed to me?

You'd be surprise with the quantity of people who don't backup their games and applications installers.
They are too much used to Steam and identical digital download platforms.
