Transported Units - what are they?

How can I tell what unit type is being transported by a transport vehicle; beyond just remembering what I loaded up.
For example, if I get a brandy-dandy new Opel Blitz with a loaded unit as a reinforcement, how do I know whether that unit is regular infantry, engineers or whatever else.

It is shown on the right side of the unit panel at the bottom of the screen.

I see... I'll need to check that more closely when I get home. I saw that but didn't notice any textual indication of what the unit actually was; or is it just an icon and we need to recognize and know what it represents?
