Hedges ans LoF

Is there a document to understand how the hedges affects the LoF?

I see that infantry can see and be seen if adjacent to a hedge, but vehicles no.
How a tank cannot be fired throughout a hedge but yes a infantry (smaller and with easier ways to concealed)?

Hedges aren't working entirely correctly - it currently allows the enemy to shoot at you if you can shoot at them, making it less of advantage. The hill logic is to blame, again! Any changes could have significiant knock-ons and so we are proceeding very carefully with finding the best fix.

Is not a way to know in advance if there is LOF or not.
Look at the example a Puma has LoF throughout a hedge adjacent to a building, I learned this because my opponent should know it and put a tank there to catch an unwary opponent.
Hedges in the wish list please.
