Average Veteran Cavalry

Any point to them other than the 3rd die in tests ? They don't get the bonus for shooting as they don't shoot, and no bonus in melee as far as I can see.

Yes but the only plus you get is for fighting lighter cavalry the standard to hit is a 4 or am i missing something

The Prussiam Cuirassier are Average Vets. possible Guard, heavier cavalry hit on 3+ not 4+, as I discovered to my chagrin last night when some of Hazelwood's Cuirassier with a General could not fail a bloody roll against my Dragoons lol

Annoyingly he borrowed my dice, and they were better than his 25mm figures I had borrowed... :)

Easier to pass a CMT.
Morer likely to recover cohesion.
Other than that - nothing.

They have a 30% better chance of passing a test (70% against 55%)
Are they worth the extra 30% in points ? your decision
