Increasing starting prestige for prebuilt CORE
Increased strength of prebuilt CORE slightly
Maximum amount of IS-2 built by AI reduced to 2 at a time in every scenario
Added one additional attack wave to Vilna scenario
Removed unnecessary letter markings from Poltava scenario
Increased prestige rewards for several scenarios
Various text fixes
