Maps for scenarios

Where can I found maps for the two scenarios in the book?

The map for Sacile I had to get off the web when we demo'd it at Britcon in 2010. I don't seem still to have it. It was from a gamer/gaming site who had created a simplified map so just try googling it and see what you can get. If I can find it I will let ypou know. Modern Italian maps don't really help I find for any battles there but our Italian colleagues on the forum may have some sources?

The orbat I think I got mainly from Digby Smith's Napoleonic data book but we did a lot of tweaking to make it a more balanced game, so if you want to present the Italians with the real scale of the problem you have to be less generous as I recall with the size of their army .

Almost any book on Waterloo will have it as part of the maps but for Plancenoit easily the best I have seen (and which I have used to model it in 25mm) is in Peter Hofschroer's second book on the Waterloo campaign -" A German Victory". It was also a prime source for the lists for that part of the battle and contains lots of other information for developing the scenario.

In my view Peter has no current peer when it comes to writing about the Prussian army of this time. He is like Rothenberg for the Austrians, He gives us a rich committed and informed perspective on the German standpoint on the Waterloo campaign to balance the heavily anglo centric view we tend to have of that battle and campaign. And our view of the Prussians of 1813-1815 is often coloured by the events of the later 19th century and 20th century. He has also been a wargamer and re-enactor ( may still be for all I know). He has influenced my thinking certainly to good effect.
