This is the second DLC I have bought(NOT BETA) that I have(or had) trouble downloading content after emails come after buying. I get the emails with links and they don't do anything at all in a reasonable amount of time. However, sometime later, the download box comes up with only a save option, but can't save any downloadable content. My order # is XXXXX.
I'm sorry but I have bitch about another problem; with Battlefield Academy; I lost content of game and can't play, sent message off yesterday, and emails come this morning and samething happens with these. My original order # is XXXXX for BA, which included France DLC.
I know this may not be exact place for all this but I don't know what else to do.
Hope you can help.

Have you try with a different browser? You can also try downloading from another computer or with your Internet Security program temporarily disabled.
The only thing I can do is PM Iain about this issue. I hear you about order numbers, thanks. But I hope some one can get this to someone who can do something; I got second email for downloading from Plimus and
it doesn't work. Nothing has changed on my computer(as far as I know) since the 42 DLC was purchased by me. I just downloaded the updated the 43 East Beta
on Friday(30th)& had no trouble. The reason I came here to tell my tail of woe, is that I did with the 42 DLC, and someone got me up & running the same day!! Yea, maybe it was a weekday. If you all think it's me, then I need ponters as to what to check out & discern.

I think it's local, because nobody else complained. That's the reason why I've suggested to try to download from a different browser, disconnect temporarily (while trying to download) your antivirus or even if possible to do it from a different computer.

sorry you are having problems. Can you send the order ID's with the issue to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll investigate. We'll try reissuing teh downloads and if that doesn;t work we'll have to use an alternative delivery method. We do occaisonally have issues with links but its pretty rare. Sometimes using a different browser can fix the issue.
