Flametank II Flamingo, Flametank III with animation

Made these for a custom scenario and thought I share them in case somebody is interested

Flammpanzer II "Flamingo" (Pz.IId variant) build during 1940,participated in Barbarossa, fall 1941 withdrawn towards Germany, aprox 100 build.
Flammpanzer III (Pz.III-F variant) production started spring 1943, first service during Operation Citadell, aprox 100 build.
Deadly against Infantry in open terrain and citys...very weak against armor

Images are taken from the game as these vehicles have not been altered when converted to flametanks.
The animation was a bit more tricky though as I had to rework the existing engeneer animation to get a nice flamethrowing without
the machine gun fire. All in all not a great deal but it had to be done to look reasonable.

The Flamingo isn't on PzKpfw IIC chassi, all vehicles used the PzKpfw IID chassi !!!

Take a look at H.Balck unit packet I - I will produce the right figure soon.

Have you adapted the vanilla flamethrower animation like I've done for Zippo and Satan tanks, or you've created new animations?

Until you produce an accurate model, HBalck, Chris models will do. And you can use his or my animation on them.

Maybe you could create a thread with your units. I can than link it in the Sticky mods.

True...sloppy mistake on my side. It was very late and anyway for these tiny little pngs without any detectable detail level there is no need for hd 3d models as the engine does not display them properly. So taking the models from the game for PzII and Pz III works quite well as the result is more than acceptable.

I used the engeneer flamethrower animation and amended it accordingly.
What H.Balck didnt realized is that the picture he posted isnt a Flamingo either but just an ordinary Pz-IID .
Thing is the Flamingo had 2 little thrower turrets on the left and right fender.
This is a Flamingo but it never can be appreciated in the little png used by the engine so no need to recreate it with that amount of detail
