Recovery Test ?

Have a timing question for when you take a recovery test with broken units.

on p71 the last sentence says "broken units must attempt to rally during the first Recovery Phase after it becomes broken".

Is this your next recovery phase, or does this include your opponents recovery phase as well? Wording is a bit unclear here.

You only recover in your own recovery phase - page 67.
